Best pho in Manchester!!! I have tried many places for pho in Manchester but this place is the most authentic, imo. They also sell banh quay! Staff is very friendly and service is quick. I also tried the spring rolls and those are yummy as well. Tried the classic and pork banh mi, must say I had better one, but its still decent!

My go to vietnamese restaurant. My favourite is the bun bo hue, has a little kick to it and uses my favourite thick vermicelli noodles too. You should also get the fried spring rolls as the skin texture is totally different from your standard spring roll skin. If you want something more refreshing then order the summer rolls. It’s always busy during the weekend. Just a note with small kids, they only have one high chair but smaller pram fits fine near the table etc.

AMAZING FOOD! I ordered the vegetarian pho with tofu and veggie chicken (which was delicious) and the portion size was huge! This bowl is bigger than my head. Their menu prices have gone up slightly compared to another photo you might find in reviews but it is still great prices for great food and lovely service, staff went out of their way for me and made sure to say goodbye even when they were enjoying their own lunch! Would recommend, even the coffee was lovely :)

Absolutely stunning. The pho has lovely aroma and tastes really light but busting with flavour. It's tasty and filling. This is a really good place to try Vietnamese food if you never had because it really delivers. Stir fry beef noodles also very good and has nice flavours. Customer service very very good and the woman is very kind. Same goes to the gentleman who took our order. It's busy yes but that's not surprising. It's worth the wait.

Without a doubt, this is my favourite place to eat Vietnamese food. Such delicious food and the staff are always so kind. Me and my partner have tried a few Vietnamese restaurants in Manchester, but this one really is the best of the best. We always manage to get seated in a timely manner, even when they’re busy, and the prices are hard to beat!

A friend recommended Cap he Viet and the location is convenient albeit doesn't look like much from the outside. When we entered it was busy and we were asked to wait in the supermarket area. Which is tiny. So we kinda just stood around for 10 minutes until a table became free. The supermarket was so small it was awkward when someone else wanted to get past. You had to do this shuffle. We were shown our table and the place is clean but basic. Our order was taken promptly and had no issues. The food also arrived quickly and OMG it was amazing. Before long I was stuffed but was busy trying my wife's dish too. The spring rolls were the highlight IMO. I loved them! If you want great food and what feels like an authentic experience then you can't go wrong! Next time I'm in Manchester, we will definitely be back!

I ordered the Pho Đac Biet, and it was really good! The broth was deeply aromatic and bursting with rich flavors—hands down the best pho I’ve had in a long time. The Ca Phe Special was loaded with a fantastic mix of rare steak, shin of beef, beef flank, chicken, pork belly, pork roll, and king prawns. The portion size was very generous. The staff were friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a standout pho experience, this place is an absolute must-try.
